Contact lenses that let you see emotions.

Goal

I wanted to explore how AI could change the way we connect with each other and think about therapy. My challenge was making something futuristic but still relatable. Success for me was showing a clear idea that got people to question how emotions and technology could work together.

I researched therapy, AI, and how young people view emotional health. I sketched out the lenses, mapped out how they’d work, and thought about the ethical side of making emotions visible. What stood out most to me was realizing people might feel both safe and uncomfortable using them.

Experience

Even though I didn’t build a physical prototype, but rather a website, AI-generated imagery, and a video mockup of how it works, the project was successful because it sparked new ideas and conversations. It offered a different perspective on therapy as something proactive and integrated into everyday life, leveraging technology.
